Sharjeel Khan is set to be part of the PSL 2020 players draft

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has permitted Sharjeel Khan to play club cricket recently years after recovery of his banned from international cricket.

Sharjeel Khan’s suspension from International cricket was due to spot fixing case. In latter times, he asked PCB for an unconditional apology as well.

He, along with his mates Khalid Latif and Nasir Jamshed was withdrew from National and International cricket in 2017. An eye catching spot fixing scandal which seek attention of everyone costed very much to Sharjeel Khan.

In the mid of his withdrawal period, he was allowed by PCB to return to competitive cricket and for the rehabilitation process. Now, Sharjeel Khan is all set to be the part of PSL 2020 draft players. In the meantime, he will also be

conducting many press conferences. In these conference, he will present like an alarming situation which can due critical situations because of corruption for upcoming cricketers and what difficulties it can bring for juniors as well.

He is in the last stages of his rehabilitation process. If he completes those, he will be eligible for appearance of his name in pool of PSL 2020 players. His enlightened performances previously can also give him the chance for tour of Netherlands but is unlikely to be for ongoing domestic cricket.

Misbah ul Haq on the entire situation has narrated that,

“We need to set a tough precedent this time. If the investigation makes it 100 per cent clear that the players were involved in corrupt activities, then we need to show everyone that there is no room in cricket for such players. If proven guilty, one should be banned for entire life.”
